How Much Is Delivery?
We are proud to offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders over £200. Free delivery will be calculated at checkout. UK delivery costs £6.95 for orders under £200.
Which Courier do you use?
All orders will be sent with DHL or a courier of our choice and will require a signature or receipt. Your goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days FROM day of dispatch. We aim to get your parcels delivered to you within the time stated on our website however at times there may be delays which are beyond our control caused by our approved third parties and suppliers. For your convenience, you will be notified by email letting you know the whereabouts of your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
UK customers can track their parcels at https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk by entering the parcel number which will be made aware to you when your order is dispatched.
Do you Ship on Bank Holidays and Weekends?
No orders will be dispatched on UK bank holidays and weekends.
Delivery
We also offer European and International delivery. For international deliveries, we allocate a courier which we believe will deliver your order to you most efficiently depending on your destination. You will be notified by email of the progress of your shipment by the courier or transit company.

Please note:
*If your destination is outside the United Kingdom, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required by customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order, as different countries have variable procedures. We cannot take responsibility for any charges, fees or duties and do not accept returns or do refunds relating to this. By accepting our site terms and conditions in the checkout when placing your order, you are agreeing to the above.
*We do not ship to Russia – should you wish to order online and collect from our store, please get in touch with us via email or WhatsApp on [WHATSAPP-NUM-PLACEHOLDER].
*Orders outside the United Kingdon are at zero rate of tax.
Returns
Please note that each item is personally inspected by a member of the Euro Fabrics team for quality control before it is packaged and sent out for delivery, thus ensuring that your item is in perfect condition when sent to you.
Please note that although we have taken all possible steps to ensure that the product images are representative of the product as best as possible, colours may vary according to settings on your screen and therefore can only be an approximation of the actual product.
Goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt if in a perfect re-saleable condition, unfortunately, this does not include any fabrics & trimmings as these have been cut to your individual specification (exceptions apply). This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Distance Selling) 2014.
On the occasion where a refund is accepted, the returned item/s must be sent back to us at your cost and will not be refunded until the item/s are returned to us, complete with any free gift, and have passed quality control. On this occasion, we shall provide you with a full refund of the price plus delivery charges (if appropriate) within 14 days.
To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage you to purchase 1m of your desired fabric/trim before ordering it in a specified length. Alternatively, please feel free to visit the Euro Fabrics store where one of our experienced sales professionals will happily provide you with a small sample of the fabric.
